Citadel Security USA is hiring a full-time Program Manager in Denver, Colorado, to provide senior-level operational leadership across assigned security contracts and locations. The role oversees service delivery, staffing and workforce planning, compliance and licensing, client relationships, quality assurance, recruitment, employee development, and operational risk management. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 5–7 years of progressive supervisory or management experience in private security, law enforcement, military, or a related field, a valid driver's license, and availability for Monday–Friday work with additional nights and weekends as needed.
