Description
The Community Coordinator monitors and evaluates 20 COMPASS community-based organization contractors, reviews program plans and budgets, conducts site visits, provides technical assistance and corrective action, participates in contract negotiations, evaluates contract and fiscal compliance, trains CBOs on DYCD Online, and prepares performance reports. The role requires either a baccalaureate degree plus two years of related community experience, a high school diploma or equivalent plus six years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience, with at least one year of the experience described in option 1.
