Description
The Program Manager will supervise a COMPASS Deputy Director, monitor and evaluate more than 25 community-based organization contractors, review and approve program plans, conduct site visits, provide technical assistance and corrective-action direction, participate in contract negotiations, evaluate contract and fiscal compliance, train CBOs on DYCD CONNECT, and prepare reports and recommendations. The role requires either a baccalaureate degree plus two years of related community experience, a high school diploma or equivalent plus six years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience, with at least one year of experience as described in the first qualification.
