Coherent is hiring a project leader to manage New Product Introduction (NPI) and production-related projects at its advanced wafer fabrication facility in Stockholm. The role leads cross-functional R&D and manufacturing teams, oversees new equipment installations and commissioning, manages budgets and schedules, coordinates resources and suppliers, ensures pilot-production and manufacturing readiness, and delivers qualified photonics products to Operations while meeting quality, safety, and environmental standards.
