Description
Coherent Corp. is seeking an experienced semiconductor program or operations manager to lead cross-functional execution of customer programs from development checkpoints through fabrication, testing, shipment, and delivery to third-party OEMs. The role manages customer communications and meetings, production and quality issues, supply-chain coordination, status reporting, risk mitigation, and initiatives involving costs, audits, sustainability, and facility issues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of experience, semiconductor or fab-operations knowledge, strong program-management and collaboration skills, and familiarity with Oracle, Agile PLM, MS Office, and MS Project; PMP certification is preferred. The position requires approximately 20% travel split between domestic and international travel.
