Description
Coherent Corp. is seeking an experienced cross-functional operations/program professional to manage semiconductor customer delivery programs from development checkpoints through fabrication, testing, shipment, and issue resolution. The role coordinates internal engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer teams; tracks schedule, performance, budget, and quality; leads customer communications and status meetings; resolves production and device issues; and supports audits, cost and sustainability initiatives, and product transfers. A bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience are required, with domestic and international travel of approximately 20% total.
