Description
The Semiconductor Device Operations Manager manages internal resources and cross-functional teams to deliver customer checkpoints, programs, and device shipments on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role coordinates customer meetings, production and quality issues, supply-chain shipments, audits, and facility matters, while serving as the primary operations interface with customer Operations Managers and third-party OEMs. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 10 years of experience, with semiconductor device development, Fab Operations, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration experience preferred or desired. Domestic and international travel of approximately 10% each is required.
