Description
Coherent Corp. is seeking an experienced cross-functional program or operations manager to oversee semiconductor product delivery and customer operations. The role manages customer checkpoints, schedules, budgets, quality, production issues, supply chain coordination, customer communications, reporting, and cross-functional meetings, while supporting product transfers and problem resolution across global teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of experience, semiconductor or fab operations knowledge, PLM and enterprise software experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, PMP preferred, and approximately 20% travel split between domestic and international travel.
