Description
Coherent is hiring an NPI Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction projects and production-related projects at its Stockholm wafer-fabrication facility. The role coordinates cross-functional R&D, design, test, product engineering, assembly and test, manufacturing engineering, suppliers, and production teams; manages budgets, schedules, costs, risks, and Phase Exit Gates; and ensures qualified products are delivered to Operations. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required, while experience in product development, high-tech environments, cross-functional R&D, or NPI is advantageous. The position requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, along with proficiency in English and Swedish.
