Description
Coherent is hiring a project/program leader in Stockholm to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and production-related projects in its high-tech laser and photonics wafer fabrication environment. The role coordinates cross-functional R&D, engineering, operations, facilities, suppliers, and manufacturing teams; manages budgets, schedules, cost targets, equipment installations, upgrades, commissioning, pilot production readiness, phase gates, risks, and delivery of qualified products to Operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required, while a Master’s degree and prior project management or NPI experience are advantageous. English and Swedish proficiency are required.
