Description
The 4M & 1E Readiness Program Manager leads an internal cross-functional team responsible for 800G and above readiness, aligning product development schedules, human-capital readiness, NPI samples, reliability deliverables, and issue tracking. The role monitors early-process productivity, escalates customer or safety risks, and ensures compliance with ISO requirements and company regulations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in science or an equivalent and at least two years of relevant program-management experience, is 100% onsite in Ipoh, and requires support from other sites within Malaysia.
