Description
The Semiconductor Device Operations Manager manages internal resources and cross-functional teams to deliver semiconductor device development programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role coordinates customer checkpoints, meetings, production issues, quality and supply-chain activities, and reports to customers and third-party OEMs. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 10 years of experience, with semiconductor device development, Fab Operations, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration experience preferred or desired. Domestic and international travel of approximately 10% each is required.
