Description

PSA is seeking a Program Manager to join their Partnerships team. The successful candidate will lead and scale the strategic partnership with eBay, focusing on enhancing the authentication and grading experience for collectors. This role involves managing cross-functional initiatives, coordinating efforts across various departments, monitoring performance, and implementing data-driven improvements. The Program Manager will serve as a primary liaison with eBay's AG team, drive program management for global implementations, and champion collaboration among internal stakeholders.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in partnerships and/or program management, ideally in a consumer technology business
Preferred Qualifications: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
An excellent communicator — equally comfortable in a partner QBR and an executive update
Data-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
A self-starter and creative problem solver who thrives with ownership
