Description
The Program Manager serves as the primary customer contact for operational and performance issues, monitors program performance, coordinates cross-functional work, manages inventory and customer escalations, and partners with business teams on reporting and analytics. The role requires a business, project management, supply chain, or related degree, 3–5 years of program, project, or operations management experience, 3+ years in distribution or forward logistics, and experience with reporting, analytics, SQL, and Tableau. PMP certification and telecommunications or cable industry experience are preferred.
