Concept Plus is hiring a Program Manager to lead a DoD Warfighter (DoW) force management capability. The role oversees project delivery, schedules, budgets, releases, requirements, risk, cybersecurity, infrastructure, subcontractors, Agile activities, government reporting, financial planning, and performance management. It requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of project management experience supporting DoW or federal IT programs, PMP certification, and a DoW SECRET or higher-level security clearance. CSM or SAFe certifications and Agile leadership experience are preferred, with proximity to Montgomery, Alabama and on-site availability preferred.
