Description
Connective is hiring a Program Manager to lead and sustain social-service programs for vulnerable populations. The role manages program planning, staffing, scheduling, training, financial and administrative functions, community partnerships, safety compliance, and on-call emergency support. It requires a bachelor's degree or professional designation, at least five years of relevant experience, extensive experience with complex health, mental health, substance use, and homelessness-related populations, and the ability to hire, supervise, and develop staff. The position is exempt, requires 40 hours per week Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1600, and offers negotiated annual compensation plus a comprehensive management benefits package.
