Connexus Hub Inc. is hiring a full-time Program Manager to lead an on-site real estate support team for a large multi-tenant federal office building in Washington, DC. The role owns program delivery, staffing, quality control, risk management, performance reporting, government leadership coordination, process development, knowledge transfer, and recurring deliverable schedules. Candidates need at least ten years of progressively responsible program, real estate, or portfolio management experience, including five years supporting large or complex real estate organizations, federal-sector experience, multidisciplinary team management, and experience with multi-tenant portfolios exceeding 500,000 square feet. The position is based on-site during core business hours and requires a favorable security investigation for unescorted access to a federal facility.
