Coupang is hiring a Program Manager to support the execution of strategic initiatives across Coupang Eats Engineering. The role leads end-to-end project and program delivery, establishes project and program governance, manages SLAs and incidents, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and improves processes and vendor operations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least seven years of program, project, or PMO experience in technology-driven organizations, familiarity with Jira and Confluence, and fluent Korean and business-level English. The position is full-time with a 12-week probation period.
