Coupang is hiring a Program Manager to partner with senior leadership and drive high-impact operational programs across the organization. The role combines executive calendar and meeting support, cross-functional program and project management, vendor and budget oversight, employee engagement events, and management of a team of 2–3 executive assistants. Candidates need at least 10 years of relevant experience, senior-leadership support experience, experience leading large multi-function programs, and experience building a high-impact team. The position is hybrid.
