Coupang is hiring an internal Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Coupang Eats Engineering’s strategic projects and programs. The role owns project and program governance, stakeholder communication, risk and dependency tracking, reporting, process improvement, automation, and incident and service operations support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience and at least seven years of program or project management experience in a technology-driven organization, along with experience using Jira and Confluence.
