Created Solutions is hiring a full-time Program Manager to lead complex defense and aerospace programs from contract award through delivery. The role manages program plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, customer relationships, cross-functional engineering teams, risks, contract execution, and performance reporting. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, hold at least a Collateral Secret security clearance, have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and possess at least seven years of program or project management experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting. The position is based at NSWC-Crane, Indiana, with up to 10% travel, and is open to qualified candidates in several other locations.
