Description
The Program Manager works with Direct Support Professionals to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve a quality of life in their own homes. The role supports daily living, social and life skills, medical, psychological, and social supports, positive behavior support, relationship-building, communication, management, leadership, mediation, and conflict resolution. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a current Nevada driver's license meeting safety standards, at least 21 years of age, at least 3 years of driving experience, and the ability to drive personal and company vehicles. The position is full-time, in person in Danville, and pays $18.50 per hour.
