Description
The role leads large-scale COE transformation programs across multiple regions and functions, managing end-to-end planning, cross-functional alignment, milestones, risks, launch readiness, and post-launch stabilization. It also supports operational design, process standardization, stakeholder coordination, performance monitoring, change management, and data-driven decision-making. The position requires at least five years of experience in program management, operations transformation, or process optimization, with strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and project-management capabilities.
