Description
Destinus is hiring a Program Manager to lead complex aerospace and defense programs from contract award through delivery. The role owns program strategy, financial performance, risk mitigation, customer and government stakeholder relationships, cross-functional execution, contract and change management, compliance, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least 15 years of program, senior project, or business management experience, strong P&L and large-scale program experience, aerospace and defense industry experience, and fluency in English.
