Candidates need at least seven years of program management experience, familiarity with Scaled Agile, experience in fintech, trading, or brokerage, and a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. The position is hybrid in Chicago, Illinois, pays $180,000–$200,000 USD, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
