Description
Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional project teams on globally integrated new product development programs for molded case circuit breakers, air circuit breakers, medium voltage circuit breakers, vacuum interrupters, and meters and relays. The role manages deliverables, schedules, costs, quality, and project status across the organization, while advancing program management and team excellence through continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, five years of project management or combined project management and product development experience, PMP or equivalent certification, bilingual English and Spanish capabilities, and experience with new product introduction, stakeholder management, stage-gate processes, and electromechanical systems.
