Eaton is hiring a Program Manager I for Financial initiatives within its Program Management Office. The role supports the financial aspects of projects, portfolio management, profit planning, capacity and demand, resource and budget planning, and the maturation of PMO tools and processes. It requires strong program and portfolio management and finance expertise, extensive change-management skills, stakeholder engagement, and experience launching physical products through a stage-gate process. The position seeks a candidate with at least eight years of program or portfolio management experience, a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, and preferably an MBA and PMP certification.
