Description
CoolIT is hiring a Program Manager for its head office in Taipei, Taiwan, to lead end-to-end, complex new-product-introduction programs for major datacenter OEM clients. The role manages global cross-functional teams, customer programs, RFP/RFQ responses, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment, while mentoring junior Program Managers. It requires an engineering degree, 8–10+ years of product development or program management experience, and extensive experience with large multinational customers; data center thermal management, liquid cooling, or high-performance computing experience is preferred. Global travel of up to 10–20% is required, and immigration sponsorship is not available.
