Description
EDMO is hiring a full-time, on-site Program Manager to oversee assigned after-school programs, including pre-season training, daily operations, staff coaching and management, budgeting, payroll, recruitment, performance reviews, safety, inventory, and parent communication. The role requires experience working with children and youth, after-school or classroom experience, team-management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and either a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, 48 college units, or the ability to pass the EDMO Instructional Exam. CPR/First Aid certification with an in-person CPR component is required by the start date. The position pays $70,304 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holiday pay, and other benefits.
