Electronic Arts is hiring a Program Manager for EA Sports Academy to lead the EA SPORTS Mentoring Programs and execute central people-development initiatives. The role owns program delivery, cohort engagement, performance support, curriculum updates, participant relationships, and program effectiveness, and collaborates with Game Teams, Talent Acquisition, Engineering, and People Experience. It is a manager-equivalent, non-direct-reporting position with a hybrid work arrangement at EA’s Burnaby location.
