Electronic Arts is hiring a Program Manager for its CRM Operations team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Reporting to the Director of CRM Operations, the individual contributor will support planning, coordination, program delivery, release planning, milestone tracking, risk management, process documentation, and multi-channel player-engagement initiatives. The role collaborates with engineering, website and scaled creative, channel owners, engineers, creatives, and analysts, and requires 4–6 years of program management, technical consulting, or related experience, along with experience coordinating programs across multiple teams in a large or distributed environment. The position is hybrid and offers CAD 92,900–129,200 annually in British Columbia, plus benefits including extended health, dental, and vision coverage.
