Empowering People's Independence (EPI) is hiring a Program Manager to direct the continuous and day-to-day operation of a human services program serving people with developmental disabilities, epilepsy, and brain injury. The role oversees supported individuals, manages and trains DSP staff, coordinates staffing and compliance, reviews billing documentation, participates in referrals and placements, handles on-call duties, and promotes safety. Qualifications include a high school diploma with preferably five years of human services experience, an associate degree with three years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with one year of experience, along with a valid New York State driver's license, vehicle access, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The hiring range is $60,000–$64,000 per year, with health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
