Equinox is hiring a Program Manager for its Off-Site Apartment Program serving adults with mental illness and/or chemical dependency. The role oversees staffing, resident selection, quality assurance, regulatory and Medicaid compliance, reporting, budgeting, facilities, provider relationships, and program planning. It requires a high school diploma, five years of human services experience, one year of supervisory experience, and a valid New York State driver's license; a bachelor's degree in a human services-related field is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday with on-call and variable shift coverage, and the annual salary is $62,358.40.
