Description
The Program Manager will manage and monitor aviation program activities, develop and track the integrated program schedule, coordinate functional departments and stakeholders, manage program costs and budgets, identify and control risks, resolve conflicts, establish communication and reporting structures, support design reviews and supplier evaluation, and prepare executive reports and presentations. The role requires a Master’s degree in aerospace engineering or a comparable field, at least ten years of relevant experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and fluent German and English communication.
