Description
FORVIA (Faurecia) is seeking a Program Manager in San Juan Del Río, Querétaro, to lead Serial Life program activities in the automotive manufacturing environment. The role owns overall program responsibility for Serial Life, supports new programs, manages the serial core team, coordinates customer and internal stakeholders, ensures financial targets and risk management, and drives execution of customer requirements and FORVIA procedures. The ideal candidate has an engineering bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering/program management, automotive engineering and manufacturing background, strong core tools, finance, APQP, IATF 16949, and leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
