Teledyne Technologies is hiring a Program Manager to lead commercial, defense, and development programs from award through delivery and closeout at its Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania facility. The role serves as the primary customer interface, manages technical, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual performance, leads cross-functional teams, oversees budgets and risks, supports proposals and new business, and facilitates transitions to production. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field, at least five years of program, project, operations, or engineering management experience, and strong financial, communication, and ERP skills; PMP certification and a security clearance are preferred. U.S. citizenship is required.
