Teledyne FLIR Defense is hiring a Program Manager to lead complex, international customer programs and contracts from proposal and contract award through execution, sustainment, and customer development. The role coordinates customer relationships and cross-functional activities, manages program progress, finances, risks, and deliveries, leads proposals and contract negotiations, and supports sales and commercial follow-up. Candidates should have relevant higher education, program or contract management experience, strong financial and commercial understanding, and excellent Norwegian and English communication skills. The regular workplace is Hvalstad, with expected travel and security clearance requirements.
