Description
FWG Solutions is hiring a Program Manager for the LCAC 100 Program to lead maintenance, repair, modification, testing, and engineering support for naval or maritime platforms. The role oversees technical, financial, schedule, quality, reporting, workforce, budget, risk, compliance, and stakeholder activities while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors. It requires a bachelor's degree, an active Secret Security Clearance, at least 10 years supervising maintenance or modification of air-cushion vehicles, aircraft, or U.S. Navy ships, and at least 5 years of concurrent program management experience in an air-cushion vehicle, aviation, or shipboard maintenance environment. The position is onsite five days per week, requires additional hours and travel as needed, and includes physical work in demanding environments.
