Description
The Program Manager will manage complex new-product-introduction and running-change projects across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and other functional teams. Responsibilities include planning and controlling project scope, quality, timing, cost, capacity, and performance; leading cross-functional teams; coordinating with customers and suppliers; managing risks and program changes; supporting ODT, PPAP, SOP, and handover activities; preparing control documentation; and closing programs with lessons learned. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, complex project and program-management experience, project-management tool knowledge, Mandarin and English fluency, strong leadership and collaboration skills, and a customer- and results-oriented mindset.
