GCyber is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead a high-profile Air Force communications program across three network sites and a systems integration lab. The role manages contract requirements and performance, oversees contract and subcontract personnel, tracks deliverable schedules and program metrics, coordinates with Government engineers, and serves as Property Custodian for government-furnished equipment. The position is hybrid, based at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, with an onsite requirement of three to four days per week and no fully remote work. It requires an active DoD TOP SECRET clearance, Continuous Vetting enrollment, PMI PMP certification, DoD 8140/8570 IA baseline certification, a BA/BS or equivalent experience, and at least 10 years managing DoD IT services programs, including 5+ years as a Program Manager or Task Order Manager.
