Description

GDIT is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the entire program's performance, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and compliance with technical and contractual requirements. The role involves providing leadership to contractor personnel, managing stakeholder relationships, and making decisive actions regarding government issues. The successful candidate will focus on optimizing program quality, efficiency, and profitability, particularly addressing technical challenges and business processes.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Five years of experience in IT project management.
Two years of experience as a program manager for a major enterprise infrastructure upgrade program implementing emerging technology for a DoW customer.
Two years of experience managing a program with three or more complex, inter-related Communication or IT projects using an IMS based on WBS.
Recent experience with wireless and private mobile network infrastructure projects, including 5G implementation.
Current PMP or PgMP Certification.
Two years of continuous recent experience managing Communication or IT projects with multiple task orders under Cost Plus constructs.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: ITIL certification.
Ten years of experience in IT project management.
Experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
Ability to manage programs integrating distributed, real-time data transport solutions.
Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II Level Certification.
Understanding or experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
