Description
GeneFab is seeking a Program Manager to lead cell and gene therapy Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO) programs under an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) framework. The role manages end-to-end CMC program execution from biological design and process development through pivotal manufacturing, regulatory submission readiness, and knowledge transfer, while coordinating cross-functional teams, sponsors, and external partners. Responsibilities include program governance, risk and budget management, CMC regulatory strategy, milestone tracking, and stakeholder facilitation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant life sciences or engineering field and 5–8+ years of CMC program management experience.
