Google is hiring a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and translate Environmental Health and Safety risks into executive-level insights. The role includes risk assessment, oversight of high-risk activities such as lockout-tagout, electrical work, hot work, working at heights, and confined spaces, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions, safety design reviews, and coordination with engineering and facility teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, two years of program or project management experience, and experience with environmental regulations, safety management, and EHS compliance. Travel may reach 50%, with onsite work required five days per week as needed.
