Google is hiring a Program Manager to lead global data center community development strategies, investments, and impact in Norway. The role engages municipal leaders, industry partners, schools, nonprofits, and other community stakeholders; develops place-based development plans; coordinates cross-functional partners across offices and time zones; and creates communication tools and locally focused investment plans. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of program or project management experience, team-management experience, public-private partnership experience, relevant industry experience, and data and analytics experience. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, fluency in Norwegian and English, and the ability to travel 25% of the time across the data center portfolio.
