Google is hiring a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. The role coordinates stakeholders across offices, time zones, and hemispheres; manages project schedules, risks, requirements, and processes; and leads a team of individuals while providing performance feedback and coaching. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience and 7 years of experience in program management, operational design, management consulting, or HR operations. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced certification, 10 years of global process governance or shared services experience, HR technology expertise, and experience leading program managers and process specialists. Compensation is $164,000–$239,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
