Description
Google is hiring a Program Manager to lead internal communications and employee engagement strategy for its Privacy, Safety and Security team. The role manages project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and change initiatives; leads major events and culture-building programs; establishes communication metrics; and translates technical updates into clear content across emails, newsletters, intranet sites, and presentations. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, two years of program or project management experience, two years of security or privacy experience, and experience delivering internal events. Preferred qualifications include cross-functional project management, technology or security organization experience, Google Workspace experience, and strategy or chief-of-staff experience. The role is based in New York, San Francisco, or San Jose and offers a USD 132,000–189,000 base salary plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
