Description
The Program Manager will guide strategic finance initiatives, build relationships across functions and senior management, and manage comprehensive testing cycles for Finance platforms. Responsibilities include prioritizing testing scope, coordinating Engineering and Automation teams, managing resources and budgets, overseeing monthly and quarterly release testing, validating results with business stakeholders, triaging defects, and reporting testing metrics. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience, four years of relevant management consulting, public accounting, or multinational project management experience, and experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects and process improvements.
