Hadrian is hiring a Program Manager, customer deployments to scope, execute, and own high-impact customer programs and factory stand-ups for aerospace and defense manufacturing. The role develops business cases, proposals, pricing analyses, execution plans, schedules, and quantitative models; manages budgets, costs, margins, risks, contracts, quality, and regulatory requirements; and leads cross-functional delivery from qualification through full-rate production. The position requires 6+ years of relevant management, consulting, federal programs, manufacturing, or operations/strategy experience, a bachelor’s degree, 20–40% domestic travel, and U.S. person status; compensation is $151,000–$220,000 with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), equity, and other benefits.
