Description
The Program Manager will lead human-centered design, research, communications, and implementation efforts for Hana Defense Solutions’ Hana Defense Solutions team. The role provides project leadership across cross-functional teams, manages workstreams, risks, dependencies, budgets, and program outcomes, serves as a customer point of contact, maintains client relationships, and supports contract expansion. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience with DoW or federal clients, two years managing multidisciplinary teams, human-centered design and user research experience, business development and contract expansion experience, Jira and backlog management experience, and a U.S. citizen status with a DoD Secret or higher security clearance. The position is full-time, hybrid, and based in the Washington DC Metro area.
