Handpicked is hiring a Program Manager to coordinate multiple agencies and multidisciplinary teams for group clients, translating client ambitions into scalable programs. The role oversees goals, roadmaps, planning, resource capacity, scope, budgets, risks, meeting structures, and decision-making, while collaborating with Client Leads, Strategists, fellow Program Managers, and the operational team. Candidates should have digital agency experience on larger programs and strong stakeholder, project management, and organizational skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €4,700–€6,000, hybrid work from Breda, Eindhoven, or Rotterdam, and additional benefits.
